What is Custom Order

A Custom Order refers to any jewelry that is created, modified, or personalized specifically based on a customer’s request and preferences, rather than being purchased as a standard ready-to-ship item.

• Fully custom jewelry designed from scratch based on customer requirements

• Customization of gemstone type, shape, size, or quality

• Customization of ring size, bracelet length, or necklace length

• Customization of metal type, purity, or metal color

• Personalized engravings or design modifications to existing RoseVine designs

Custom Order Process

To ensure transparency and accuracy, all custom orders follow a structured process from consultation to final delivery.

• Customer shares their idea, inspiration, or customization requirements with RoseVine

• Our team reviews the design feasibility, materials, and technical requirements

• Pricing is calculated based on design complexity, materials, and craftsmanship

• Final design details are shared with the customer for approval

• Production begins only after the customer provides final approval

• The completed jewelry undergoes quality checks before being shipped to the customer

Design Approval Responsibility

Before production begins, customers are required to carefully review and approve all design details. Approval confirms acceptance of the final specifications.

• Customer must review all details including size, metal, gemstone, setting, and engraving

• Once design approval is provided, no further design changes can be made

• Approved designs are treated as final and binding for production

Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing for custom orders is determined based on the specific design requirements and materials selected by the customer.

• Prices may vary depending on design complexity, gemstone selection, and metal choice

• Custom orders may require full or partial advance payment before production begins

• The final price is confirmed with the customer prior to starting production

Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, cancellation terms are strictly defined.

• Custom orders may be cancelled only before production has started

• Once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances

Returns & Refunds

Custom-made jewelry is produced exclusively for the customer based on approved specifications and therefore cannot be resold.

• Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange

• Payments made for custom orders are non-refundable once production has started

Re-sizing & Modifications After Delivery

Certain modifications may be possible after delivery; however, they are subject to design limitations.

• Re-sizing requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

• Additional charges may apply for resizing or post-delivery modifications

• Some custom designs may not be eligible for resizing or alteration

Intellectual Property

All designs created as part of the custom order process are protected intellectual property.

• All custom designs developed by RoseVine remain the intellectual property of RoseVine

• Custom designs may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written permission
