Exceptions to the Delivery Timeline

Delay in delivery may happen due to unforeseen circumstances. RoseVine will not be responsible or provide refunds for any shipping charges incurred in such cases. Although we cannot control unexpected delays, we are committed to promptly informing you of any such occurrences as soon as we become aware of them.

You may track your order using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation mail. To track your shipment, please click here.

To ensure that you receive all notifications from us, kindly add our email ID to your address book. We recommend checking your 'Spam' and 'Junk' folders regularly to avoid missing any important emails from us.

Hold for Pickup and Alternative Delivery Options

If for some reason, you are unable to be at home to receive the delivery or if your purchase is a surprise gift, you may request for the package to be held at the shipping center. The package will be held for up to 5 business days until it is collected by you or the person you depute. The designated person must be 21 years or older and must also present a valid identity proof for verification.

Cancellation and Changes in Order

We prioritize customer satisfaction and will make every effort to accommodate a request for cancellation or changes in order before shipping. This may result in delayed delivery.

However, if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible for us to make any changes. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it after you receive the shipment. Please get in touch with us if you prefer to personally collect your package

For Your Protection

As a security precaution to protect you against fraud, some orders may experience a slight delay in shipment due to a verification process. For orders requiring delivery to an address different from the billing address, we will verify with your credit card or financing company to ensure the availability of this alternate shipping address in their records.

In such cases where you feel your shipment is delayed, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team to expedite your order.

Insurance of Shipment

All RoseVine shipments are covered by insurance until the package reaches its destination. We recommend customers and/or intended recipients to be available at the shipping address at the time of delivery. Once delivered, RoseVine holds no responsibility for the package. If you happen to be unavailable, an authorized person will be required to sign and collect the package on your behalf at the designated shipping address.

For added security, an adult signature is required for all RoseVine orders.

Sales Tax

Any applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duties, or similar charges are determined based on the customer’s country, state, or local regulations and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Such charges must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or relevant authorities at the time of delivery. RoseVine is responsible only for the product price and does not collect or pay these additional taxes or duties on the customer’s behalf.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted shipping partners including DHL, Evri, FedEx, Post Office, Royal Mail, USPS, and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery of orders.

Shipping Types

We offer two types of shipping services: Express Shipping and Free Shipping.

  • Express Delivery

    Express delivery is available for all countries with a maximum delivery time of 7 business days and an additional charge of $35. For orders shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom, delivery may take up to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Free Delivery

    Free delivery takes 10 to 12 business days for orders shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom, and 15 to 25 business days for orders shipped to all other countries.
