Return Policy
Returns are permitted only if the product is not as described, is received in a damaged condition, or there is a confirmed ring size issue. All return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the order date. Engraved products are also eligible for return under these conditions.

To initiate a return request, customers must visit the Order History section on the website and submit a return request for the relevant order. All return requests will be reviewed by our administrative team, and approval will be subject to verification and eligibility checks.
All items must be returned along with the free gift(s) and any certificate(s) as provided in the original packaging. Once we receive your package, it will take up to 2 to 4 business days to process your return request. All returned items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Team, and additional charges may apply based on the condition of the items or the resolution selected by you on the returns portal. We will notify you of any such charges before processing your request.
If the 7-day return period has passed from the order date, you may still contact our customer support team for assistance. While returns beyond this period are not guaranteed, our team will review your request and guide you with the best possible resolution.
When a customer initiates a return, the product must be shipped back to us by the customer at their own expense. Once the return is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement or returned item back to the customer.
Refund Policy
Once your return request is accepted, the refund, may excluding shipping charges, will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take between 8 to 12 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Additional Guidelines for Returns
Pack Your Jewelry Securely
Please ensure that you pack your item(s) in either the original product box or a sturdy alternative. Include a note inside the package with your name and order number. Specifically mention whether you require an exchange, return for refund or product re-sizing/repair.
Insure Your Return Shipment
We strongly recommend that you insure your shipment for its full purchase value. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Repair & Re-sizing
To request a Repair & Re-sizing, customers must contact our customer support team for assistance. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for both sending the product to us and receiving it back after Repair & Re-sizing. The product must be shipped to us by the customer, and once the Repair & Re-sizing is completed, we will arrange the return shipment to the customer.
