Lifetime Warranty Coverage
RoseVine stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its jewelry. All RoseVine jewelry is covered under a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects identified under normal and intended use.
Manufacturing or workmanship defects identified during normal use
Structural issues caused due to production-related faults
Loose prongs or stone setting issues resulting from manufacturing defects
Defective clasps or closures due to workmanship issues
Lifetime Maintenance Services
In addition to warranty coverage, RoseVine offers lifetime maintenance services to help preserve the beauty and integrity of your jewelry. All services are subject to inspection and service feasibility.
Professional cleaning
Re-polishing of jewelry
Gemstone and/or diamond tightening
Re-rhodium vermeil for eligible white gold jewelry
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage or issues arising from factors outside manufacturing or workmanship.
Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or tarnishing
Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling
Lost or stolen jewelry or gemstones
Damage caused due to impact, pressure, or environmental exposure
Damage or alterations performed by third-party jewelers
Third-Party Repairs & Warranty Void
To ensure the integrity of your jewelry, all repairs and services must be performed by RoseVine.
Any repair, resizing, or modification performed by a third party will void the lifetime warranty
RoseVine is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized repairs or services
Inspection & Approval Process
All warranty and maintenance service requests are subject to inspection by RoseVine’s jewelry experts.
Jewelry items must be sent to RoseVine for evaluation
Warranty eligibility is determined after inspection
RoseVine reserves the right to repair or replace the item at its discretion
Shipping & Service Charges
Shipping and service-related costs are handled as outlined below.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending jewelry for warranty or maintenance services
Return shipping may be covered by RoseVine at its discretion
Services not covered under warranty may be offered at an additional cost after customer approval
Custom Orders & Warranty
Custom-made jewelry is covered under the Lifetime Warranty only for manufacturing defects.
Design preferences, customization choices, or size-related concerns are not covered under warranty
Warranty coverage is separate from and does not replace RoseVine’s Return, Refund, or Exchange Policies.
By using RoseVine’s Lifetime Warranty services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Warranty Policy.
